Job Responsibilities

Develop Business and action plans for branch to achieve company's targets and maximize returnLead, supervise, coach, train and motivate sales staff to meet and achieve the company's standards and objectivesOversees daily sales operations and activities of Branch (sales, customer service, secretary and logistics) to ensure smooth sales outcomeControl and follow up on daily, weekly reports such as test drives, demo cars, marketing reports and sales activities development to be reported to the head office.

Control all documentation, location stock, display, financial transactions aspects in the branch to ensure operations as per policies and procedures

Job Requirements

University degree in business or relevant majors8 years in similar positionExcellent communication and leadership skillsMicrosoft applications literate and Automotive applications
