Description
We are looking for a Robotics Software Engineer.


Responsibilities:


  • Application development for mobile robot navigation and robotic manipulator control.

Skills:

- * Knowledge of Robot Operating System (ROS) is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of robotics 2D/3D mapping, localization & navigation algorithms.
  • Professionally in a couple of types of mainstream programming language preferably C/C++, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Professionally in one or two typical Operating Systems, preferably Linux, OS for mobile (iOS, Android), and OS for embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of specific libraries for image processing, encryption, robotics, preferably OpenCV, OpenSSL, PCL, etc.
  • Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, control, and data processing algorithms.
  • Basic experience in software architecting.
  • Good Knowledge of software frameworks, such as.
NET, JavaScript, and Web front and back end frameworks.

  • Able to use tools to manage source code, preferably Git, GitHub

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Experience:


  • Robot Operating System (ROS): 1 year (required)
