About the role:

Responsibilities:

Bank Relationship
Be the major point of contact with the bank and ensure process are being followed from both ends
Be the responsible for providing information to and from the bank
Technology
Properly update the internal system, with detailed information and on time
Provide active feedback to the technology team about the internal system and other tools
Information sharing & efficiency
Manage and prioritize the portfolio of cases
Have the critical judgment to escalate cases if necessary, and have the tools to do so
Be responsive whenever a stakeholder needs a information about the deals handled
