    What You'll Do


    • Foster collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Procurement, and Operations, ensuring creative outputs align with broader business goals and objectives.
    • Provide and manage constructive feedback for all creative deliverables.
    • Oversee planning and briefing for diverse design, photography, and videography shoots, both in-house and with third-party collaborators.
    • Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and design various marketing materials.
    • Conceptualize and execute end-to-end marketing and advertising campaigns.
    • Supervise and brief Junior and Senior designers in their day-to-day tasks.
    • Maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand values, Unique Selling Proposition (USP), messaging, and tonality.
    • Facilitate clear communication and transparency through online and in-person meetings for consistent alignment and effective outcomes.
    • Conduct industry research to stay abreast of creative techniques, trends, and advancements, including those related to AI.
    • Contribute to the creation of video content for the social media team.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in storyboarding, shooting, and editing for video, photography, and sound projects.
    • Work independently while supporting the reporting manager in establishing project deliverables.
    • Coordinate the reservation and rental of equipment.
    • Assist in scheduling content for optimal publication times on social media.
    • Monitor social media channels and activity.
