    Description
    Must be knowledgeable of Primavera (P6) scheduling Software and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.

    Responsible for developing of fully cost and resource loaded project baseline program and Planning deliverables in coordination with all the stakeholders as per contract requirements.

    Responsible to develop the Progress reports and Meeting Presentations for the projects which includes but not limited to Program Updates, KPI Curves, Progress S-Curve, Progress forecast, Progress tracking sheets, Progress monitoring sheets, Progress markups, Construction progress sequences etc.

    Monitoring and Control the Project Baseline programs. Manage subcontractors and review subcontractors programmed of works. Attend meetings with client & the project team as required. Prepare updated, revised, recovery, time impact, or target program of works as required for the projects.

    Prepare contractual correspondences to Client, Consultant and subcontractors which includes but not limited to Delay notices, Notices for claims etc.

    Expert in developing of Extension of Time claims and review subcontractors EOT claims. Earned value analysis, KPI, Cost and resource reports generating from the Primavera P6 Software. Evaluate, and forecast project progress and performances. Assess the impact(s) of changes and schedule slippages. Coordination with the Project stakeholders such as Project teams, Subcontractor's Consultant, Client etc...

    Prepare Planning deliverables for Tender technical submissions which includes but not limited to Tender program, execution methodology, progress S curve, summarized schedules etc.

    Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
