Description
A Server/ Waiter coordinates the entire service station and communicates with front of the house and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.
Functionally reports to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.Greets guests and presents them with the menu, needs to have a very flexible, hospitality first attitude with a can-do spirit.
- Informs guests of specials, menu changes, answers questions regarding food, beverages and allergies
- Ability to work in Cloud kitchens, be well versed in dispatch, riders assignment etc.
- Have a proven ability of working with online delivery partners, POS systems.
- Maintains a professional relationship with Back of the House staff always.
- Receives food and beverage orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system
- Communicates with the hosts, table support team, kitchen staff to coordinate stations
- Assists table support team with stocking work stations, removing and resetting used dishes/silverware
- Assists with cash register at counterservice restaurants
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Needs to be fluent in English
The above duties and responsibilities and are not limited and will wary as per the tasks assigned

Salary:
AED2, AED2,800.00 per month
