- In collaboration with management,cohesively steer the short- and long-term strategy in theimplementation of the Community and Lifestyleprogram.
- Build and lead an annual Community andLifestyle Calendar presented as part of the annual businessplan.
- Compile, monitor and manage all relevantbudgets. Work alongside the Director of Residences in ensuring thebudget for events is part of the annual plan, presented to Owners /HOA.
- Develop programming of events; selectspeakers, talents, and organizations; contact them, send invites,confirm etc. Create and update event programs and technical runtimeline of each event. Follow-up post events and provide a postevent report summary.
- Continuously createcollaborations and strategic partnerships both locally, regionally,and nationally.
- Be an agent of creation, whilefitting to the Four Seasons culture, strategy, andbrand.
- Act as a local Ambassador. Promote FourSeasons lifestyle and residences through invaluable real-lifeconnections using unique portfolio of partners andcontacts.
- Work closely with the marketing andpublic relations department to promote the property through thisprogram. Gather resident insights periodically and incorporateresident interest in the programming.
- Managecommunication, updates and information about all lifestyle events,activities, and resources, maintain all relevant content on the FSmobile app, property newsletter and on GoldenHome.
