- Support the Finance Team withinternal and external resources to implement company tax savingsstrategies. Ensure accurate and timely filing of taxreturns.
- Build relationships and interact withtax authorities & tax advisory firms to provide innovativetax planning & consultation.
- Providingtax subject matter expertise to various business lines includingBusiness Development, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, andvarious product groups. Undertaking tax planning initiatives fromend to end.
- Reviewing new business initiativesand assisting with identifying Zakat/ indirect tax impacts on thebusiness.
- Supporting the Group Tax team inproviding end-to-end tax requirements for projects and businessinitiatives, the candidate will work closely with cross-functionalteam members to scope theserequirements.
- Researching and advising onvarious Zakat, direct, and indirect tax matters from theperspective of UAE and KSA business.
- Support ontax compliance and controversialinitiatives.
- Managing and coordinating taxaudits, including audit preparation, responding to documentrequests, Litigation support, etc., as may berequired.
