- Prepare and cook a variety ofdishes, including starters, main courses, anddesserts
- Follow recipes and ensure that allfood is prepared according to companystandards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inthe kitchen at all times
- Assist in developingnew menu items and improving existingrecipes
- Supervise and train junior kitchenstaff as needed
- Coordinate with otherdepartments to ensure timely and efficientservice
- Adhere to health and safety regulationsand maintain a safe working environment
- Proven experience as a Chef DePartie
- Excellent knowledge of different cookingtechniques and ingredients
- Culinary degree orrelevant certification
- Strong organizationaland leadership skills
- Ability to work wellunder pressure and meet deadlines
- Goodcommunication and teamwork abilities
- Priorexperience in industrial catering is preferred, but notrequired
