    Description
    Provide maintenance and support services for security infrastructure which includes the following:

    • Juniper Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, VPN and related monitoring and management tools.
    • Cisco ASA and ISE and related monitoring and and management tools.

    Coordinate with IT Service Desk, Infrastructure and Information Security Office teams with regards to network and security infrastructure operations and support.

    Log cases and follow up with Juniper.
    Arrange for hardware replacement, coordinate to dispatch failed components and collect & replace new parts.
    Monitors system performance and logs. Help to monitor and assess network vulnerabilities and intrusions.

    • Patches and feature releases and upgrades.
    • Move, Adds, Changes and Deletes in configuration and equipment as per requests and change control procedures.
    • Documents network and security issues and resolution.
    • Experience in supporting network security in a mission critical enterprise infrastructure environment
    • Extensive experience with Juniper and Cisco mainstream technologies that includes Juniper IDP, SRX, Cisco ASA, IDP, End Point Security (ISE) and related management tools.
    • Expert knowledge of network security at different levels that include network, virtualization, Operating system, file/directory and user account levels.
    • Ability to analyze results and logs from network and security devices, system event reports and provide appropriate assessment reports.
    Working experience with network scanning tools (OpenVas, Metasploit).

    • Understanding of MS Windows Server Operating Systems, Linux OS and related system administration tools.
    • Familiarity with implementation of security best practices and defence indepth strategy.
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with
    • Network protocols (TCP-IP, NetBios, etc.),
    • Routing protocols (NLSP, RIP, OSPF, etc.),
    • Data Communication equipment (Switches, Routers, etc.)
    • Specific technologies such as Wireless, Network Access Control, load balancing, SSL acceleration, encryption tools and certificates.
    • Network management tools (Solarwinds Orion, Whatups Gold, Fluke Network Analyzer. Remove Openview and Rmon)
    • Firewall technologies (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX) and Intrusion Prevention Systems.
    • Vulnerability assessment tools (i.e. NMAP, Retina, etc.)
    Other requirements

    • At least 4 years of relevant technical experience.
    • B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
    • CISSP Certification is a plus
