    Description
    • Recommends appropriate productsand provides information highlighting the Features, Advantages andBenefits to the customers.
    • Assists in locating,selecting and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand,variant and colour of the customer.
    • Utilizesappropriate selling techniques such as suggestive selling,upselling and cross selling to increase ATV (Average TransactionValue)
    • Monitors availability of GOBEproducts.
    • Ensures proper safekeeping of allstore merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages andpilferages.
    • Monitors and updates reports onproduct shelf life.

    Commercial

    • Ensuresproducts on display are replenished as needed with complete shelftag price, price tags.
    • Maintains cleanlinessand orderliness of the assigned area.
    • Complieswith all set customer service standards (e.g. Smile and Greet,Offers Basket etc.)
    • Attend to all customerqueries and needs.
    • Resolves customer complaintsguided by set customer service standards and within scope ofcontrol.
    • Prepares and sets up store promotionby utilizing Marketing Collaterals to effectively communicate storepromotions

    Process

    • Weekly monitors price changes andupdates shelf / price tags as needed.
    • Timelydisplays all products following set planograms and guidelines for aspecified duration.

    People

    • Accomplishes MFP and PDP ontime.
    • Participates and implements agreed EESaction plans
    • Strictly complies with set companypolicies and procedures especially on attendance, punctuality andcode of conduct and set groomingstandards.
