Telesales Executive


Job Overview:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties over the phone.

Your primary objective is to generate leads, engage potential clients, and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion skills. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets.


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate offerings.
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and information gathering.
  • Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and available financing options.
  • Schedule appointments for property visits and follow up with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, feedback, and market trends.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
