    Sales Executive

    Reporting to: Business Development Director

    Role Description:

    The Sales Executiveis responsible for selling Products using a requirement and solution sales approach. This role will be responsible for a GCC region, and is responsible for maximizing sales, , performance, revenue and achieving established targets.

    Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue and secure profitable business to meet the objectives of an agreed sales plan, by both protecting existing business and generating new business;
  • Maintain close contact with assigned customers, and provide them with a constant level of excellent customer service;
  • Understand the assigned markets, including competitor activity, and monitor the wants and needs of the customers, effectively representing them;
  • Prepare a sales plan and sales forecasts and report regularly to management on activities and opportunities within assigned territory;
  • Represent and promote effectively in accordance with the Industrial strategy and brand;
  • Co-ordinate activities (particularly those carrying significant financial risks i.e. large volume sales opportunities, critical applications) with the Business Development Director;
  • Effectively and independently deliver the value proposition, including technical value proposition, demonstrating an advanced understanding of products, technologies, etc...;
  • Engage executive introductions, and introductions to independently close contracts at a close frequency andvalue to meet or exceed productivity and quota expectations;
  • Follow the established sales process as dictated by the Business Development  Director and consistently and regularly provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity within their Sales region;
  • Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFP's;
  • Consistently and regularly use products to demonstrate our product capabilities to potential clients in person or via web access and to utilize it when initiating contact with and/or in follow up with prospects and clients;
  • Appropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle and provide ongoing feedback to other areas of the organization;
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, working closely with the commercial management and the finance and contracts departments; and
  • Represent in a professional and ethical manner to clients, prospects, partners, and colleagues.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or closely related discipline
    • Experience
  • 2 + years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • 2+ years' commercial experience in B2G
