FEMALE SALES COORDINATOR


We are looking for an enthusiastic AMC sales coordinator for Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries and preparing quotes.
  • Coordinate and track sales activities, such as lead generation and followup.
  • Provide customers with product information, specifications, and pricing details consulting salesperson.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns.
  • Provide postsales support, including order tracking and product information.
  • Manage sales documentation, such as contracts and agreements.
  • Support sales team training and development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams for consistent messaging.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Possess organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
