_Job Description:

_:

- _Provide technical support to field staff assigned to the HR department remotely and through regular visits, as well as ensure their training_
- _Ensure the legal monitoring of HR issues and ensure the sharing of new legal or regulatory provisions with HR staff in the areas under his supervision_
- _Analyze risks relating to HR issues and alert / issue recommendations if necessary_
- _Produce the organization charts of the mission with the support of the various HR Fields and update them at the end of each month_
- _Compile recruitment trackers and update them weekly by identifying blocking points and proposing solutions_
- _Design the employee career development and management plan and submit it to his supervisor for approval_
- _Develop the new induction policy for new employees and ensure its effectiveness in the various offices_
- _Support the field offices in the recruitment and employee development processes and check whether this complies with the related policies and procedures_
- _Contribute effectively to the production of the department's various reports._


_ Job Requirements:

_:

- _University degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Administrative Sciences, Law or other related field_
- _Experience of more than 5 years in human resources management and/or administration_
- _Good knowledge of social legislation_
- _Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)_
- _Excellent interpersonal skills_
- _Good communication and mediation skills_
- _Great ability to analyze and resolve problems and conflicts_
- _Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines_
