Overview: Seeking a diligenthighly organized resultoriented Specialist FinancialReporting to join our growing Finance team at Presight.

Responsibilities: Reporting to Senior Manager FinancialReporting you are responsible for.

• Preparing the Group Consolidation andensuring that the Groups periodic consolidated financial statementscomply with requirements of International Financial ReportingStandards (IFRS) and UAE law.
• Preparation ofperiodic Groups consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate with respective teams to review Division wisefinancial results on a monthly basis analyze the numbers reported.Review of monthly balance sheet Ensure that revenue recognition ismade in accordance with IFRSs.
• Coordinationwith Groups subsidiaries for monthly review of the reportedfinancial results.
• Providing technicalaccounting support to Core Finance team and BUs within thegroup.
• Preparation of accounting papers forthe critical accounting matters. Coordination with auditors todiscuss and agree the appropriate accounting.
• Liaising with external auditors for the audit of the consolidatedand standalone financial statements including technical accountingmatters.
• Assist in establishing financialperformance measures (financial KPIs) to determine and evaluate theGroups financial performance and monitor progress.
• Assist in preparation of management reports/presentationto be provided to Companys executives shareholders and theBoard.
• Manage the monthly and yearend closingprocess prepare and provide the quarterly and yearend financialstatements to management as required.

• Supporting on a variety of adhoc projects as required.

Qualifications: To qualify youmust have

• Experiencein relevant field for more than 5 years in IFRS consolidation andfinancial reporting
• CA / ACCA / CPA orequivalent
