    Role& Responsibilities
    • Experiencein ADHICS systems (Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and CyberSecurity Standard)(ADHICS)
    • Applyingfor HAAD / DOH License for new staff
    • DOHLicense Renewals / Cancellation of currentstaff
    • ArrangingStaffLeave
    • SchedulingStaff Rota /Duties
    • RenewingClinic / Medical Centre HAADLicense
    • Renewalof Insurance for Staff as well as MedicalCentre
    • Liaisingwith Insurance Companies for renewals andclaims
    • Applying/ Renewing MalpracticeInsurance
    • ExperienceinTasneef
    • Supportthe development and implementation of HR initiatives andsystems
    • Providecounselling on policies andprocedures
    • Maintainemployee records (attendance EEO data etc.) according to policy andlegalrequirements
    • Reviewemployment and working conditions to ensure legalcompliance

    Requirements&Skills
    • Provenexperience as HR officer in a Medical Centre /Hospital
    • Knowledgeof HR functions (pay & benefits recruitment training& developmentetc.)
    • Understandingof labour laws and disciplinaryprocedures
    • Proficientin MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is aplus
    • Outstandingorganizational and timemanagementabilities
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
    • Problemsolvingand decisionmakingaptitude
    • Strongethics andreliability
    • BSc/BAin business administration social studies or relevant field;further training will be aplus
    • HRCredentials will be an advantage (e.g. PHR from the HRCertificationInstitute)

    Toqualify for this position you must have enhanced knowledge aboutHAAD / DOH regulations when applying / renewing HAAD / DOH Licensesof staff and clinic. you should also have very good knowledge aboutInsurance regulations when applying / renewing Medical Insurance /Malpractice Insurance for staff and Clinic.
