Contribute in the implementation of Energy and Quality Management System as per the guidelines and method statement and continual monitoring.
Operation and Maintenance Services:
Supervise/ inspect work executed by staff/contractors to ensure that user's complaints are promptly attended to and work is carried out in accordance with specifications and professional standards.
Includes investigating complaints of serious nature, rendering professional guidance and instructions to staff/contractors and ensuring non-occurrence of complaints of high magnitude.
Arrange for detailed inspection of buildings/villas/office premises with the aid of engineering check-lists; estimates details of work and cost required for their maintenance and submits recommendations to Senior A/C & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Participate / evaluate performance standards of all contractors engaged on mechanical maintenance works on all specified matters and give overall ratings for Line management information.
Plan annual requirements of equipment and spares and provide guidance and support to materials and stores personnel in the planning/procurement of spares.
Prepare stock/non-stock items, monitor and ensure their timely availability and carry out inspection before acceptance of materials.#J-18808-Ljbffr
