- Conduct assessments and evaluations of children and adolescents referred for occupational therapy services.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for young patients.
- Assist in enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid DOH license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Passion for working with pediatric and adolescent populations.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
