Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Promise Insurance Services LLC located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of sales professionals.


Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Experience in the insurance industry
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Team player and self-starter
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Professional certification in Sales or Business Development is a plus
Fluent in English; knowledge of multi languages is a plus
