- Conduct financial analysis andvaluation/pricing analysis (including development of complexfinancial models) of companies in a variety ofindustries.
- Assist in identification ofpotential acquisition targets, purchasers and/or investors, asapplicable
- Assist with preparation ofdistribution of Investment Profiles and other keydocuments
- Communicate directly with clients,other advisors, and adversaries
- Assist withproactive business development and deal initiationactivities
- Provide analytical and marketresearch information (i.e. public company pricing multiples,industry research,etc.)
- Atleast 4 years of experience in Advisory either in an Investmentbank, Big 4 or boutique advisoryfirms
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance orrelated fields with strong academicbackground
- Preferably ACA, CPA, ACT, CFAqualified or MBA graduate
- Experience inM&A, Business Valuation, FinancialModeling
- Strong numerical, analytical;strategic thinking and project managementskills
- Highly motivated, achievement-oriented,committed, self-starter and ability to prioritize work/cope withchanging priorities while working independently and with ateam.
- Personal drive and integrity to deliverresults within tight deadlines
- Commitment tohigh quality standards and a detail-orientedapproach
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel& PowerPoint
- Analytical, criticalthinking; excellent in written and verbal communicationskills
