Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and project management support needs of multiple executives at Michel Abboud Architect Office.
This person must be proactive in anticipating and prioritizing the business needs of the Executive and must possess superb time management skills, a productive approach toward work, and a strong sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the vision and business priorities are well communicated to the team, facilitate business decision making, strategic planning, leadership meetings and broader communications
- Monitor key projects and initiatives
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Host internal meetings and take notes of discussion
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
- Follow up on strategic team meetings and projects progress for the team, drive stakeholder reporting
- Prepare memos and communications content for internal / external audiences
- Support on other ad hoc and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as COO of a company
- Strong multitasking skills
- HR and/or similar relevant work experience
- Bachelor degree or higher would be preferred
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment
- Strong project / program management and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders and team members.
- Tech Savvy ,knowledge of Google Calendar, Meet, Doc, Slides, and Sheets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical and problemsolving skills
- Flawless attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and effectively under pressure producing accurate and consistent results
