As the HR Compliance Manager, you will play acrucial role in ensuring that our HR policies and practices alignwith local laws and regulations in Dubai.

The successful candidatewill be responsible for overseeing and implementing complianceinitiatives, fostering a culture of adherence to HR policies, andminimizing legal risks.

AboutYou

Ideally you will have aminimum of 2 years experience as a HR Compliance Manager or in asimilar position, preferably in the hospitality industry with aluxury hotel.

You should possess in-depth knowledge of Dubai laborlaws and regulations and strong analytical and problem-solvingskills. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with anability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation with discretion. Additional languages such as Arabic,French, Russian, Spanish, German, Italian or Mandarin areadvantageous.
