Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in similar role for at least 3 years
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to work proactively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental strategies and goals
- Supervise and guide team members to achieve individual and team targets
- Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze data and trends to make informed business decisions
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- Support the client at all stages of service provision
- Establishing relationships with thirdparty contractors
