Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:

  • Train and mentor a team of secondary sales agents.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and individuals.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Create and maintain sales plans and forecasts.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Sales Process Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales metrics to measure individual and team performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales efforts.
  • Work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven track record of at least 57 years in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Goaloriented and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate broker license in Dubai (RERA certification preferred)
  • Valid Dubai driving license.

Salary:
AED9, AED14,000.00 per month
