Responsibilities:


  • Manage spa team members and ensure that they adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a spa treatment menu that aligns with company standards
  • Create and manage the spa's budget, including revenue and expense forecasting
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and equipment as necessary
  • Ensure that the spa facility and equipment are clean, wellmaintained and fully operational
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, promotions, and events
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to promote the spa and its services

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in spa management or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage a large team of employees
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to create and manage budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with spa software is a plus.
