Description

To provide and lead the strategic direction for the Kindergarten in line with the whole school vision and development plan and as directed by the Principal.

To ensure that the standards of teaching, learning and attainment in all areas of school life within the Kindergarten reflect the school's mission of providing the best of CBSE education.
Plan, develop and implement a program for care and educational activities appropriate for each stage of a child's development.
Responsible for the physical wellbeing of the children, including the supervision of the hygienic conditions of the Kindergarten premises
Kindergarten Improvement Plan, that contributes to the School Development Plan, to ensure that appropriate priorities and targets for the improvement of students learning, are identified and the necessary resources are clearly allocated
Ensure all Kindergarten Teaching Staff are committed to the school's aims, and are motivated and involved in the achievement of the priorities and targets which the school sets for itself, and are provided with the necessary support and guidance in order to implement the relevant action plans successfully

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Education;
Diploma in Montessori;
Minimum 5 years' experience in management of Early Childhood development; Montessori background or Kindergarten experience
Experience in CBSE or EYFS curriculum is important.
Experience of DSIB or Irtiqaa inspections is required
