We are looking for a fulltime VVIPCabin Services Manager already residing in Abu Dhabi / Dubai UAE toperform managerial duties and lead a team of Cabin Attendants with7 days OFF a month and five weeks vacation a year(nonrotational).

MainResponsibilities

• Supervisethe CCM team with ongoing coaching and training asnecessary.
• Assist and support new joiners inthe transition from Commercial Business Class to CorporateAviation.
• Rostering / HR and Leadershipsupporting and coordination.
• Generate weekly /monthly / annual reports on Cabin relatedmatters.
• Set cabin service standards.
• Training crew membersaccordingly.
• Conduct quality control and linecheck flights.
• Recruiting / management andleadership of crewmembers.

MinimumRequirements

• Previousexperience with leading and managing a team (AMust)
• 5 Years VVIP / CorporateAviation Experience and Middle Eastern Experiment (AMust)
• Strong business acumen andjudgement skills with selfmotivation for continuous learning andimprovement.
• Develop and implement processesupdate manuals and procedures and perform administrativeduties.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with an exceptional command of written andspoken English.
• High energy with an excellentwork ethic with a cando approach andattitude.
• Extensive experience in the higheststandard of customer and mealservice.
• Advantageous Hotel Management /Hospitality
• Pleasant appearance outgoing andwith a cheerful personality.
