Responsibilities:

Essential Duties

  • Tracks and updates all works performed in database tracker.
  • Escalate issues to third party vendors as needed.
  • Maintain third party vendor relationships as assigned.
  • Escalates issues and involves management in situations and/or projects as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management degree in HR field.
  • Fluency in written and oral English communication skills is a must.
  • Attention to detail, especially when under time constraints; patient; empathetic; peopleorientation; good listening skills; strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • 13 years of experience working in a support or business analyst role or similar capacity.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior HCM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in more than 2 languages other than English is a plus.
