Responsibilities:
Essential Duties
- Tracks and updates all works performed in database tracker.
- Escalate issues to third party vendors as needed.
- Maintain third party vendor relationships as assigned.
- Escalates issues and involves management in situations and/or projects as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management degree in HR field.
- Fluency in written and oral English communication skills is a must.
- Attention to detail, especially when under time constraints; patient; empathetic; peopleorientation; good listening skills; strong interpersonal & communication skills
- 13 years of experience working in a support or business analyst role or similar capacity.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior HCM software knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in more than 2 languages other than English is a plus.

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
