JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase
market share within the FMCG sector, focusing on pulses, lentils, rice, and spices.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and building
relationships with potential clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication, account
management, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and consumer
preferences, and utilize this information to develop sales strategies and improve product
positioning.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients,
highlighting the unique value proposition of our pulses, lentils, rice, and spices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure
seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to proactively
adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and provide regular reports on sales
performance and market insights to the management team.
