We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst with flair for sales to be part of our team in Dubai.

Delupe is a certified Premium Google Shopping partner and BING shopping partner. We are operating in more than 20 countries including EU, Switzerland, and Great Britain. As a Business analyst you will work on optimising shopping campaigns for merchants. You will have direct contact to merchants and partners to ensure the best and most convenient online shopping service. You should have knowledge and understanding of online business and technical skills.


Responsibilities

  • Closely monitor systems and shopping accounts to optimise sale for merchants and ensure smart bidding on Google Shopping and BING Shopping
  • Proactively interact with merchants and partners globally to improve efficiency and sale
  • Monitor and analyse metrics and figures and detect issues before they impact business operations
  • Maintain and update data in Google Merchant Center and ensure tracking and conversion
  • Closely collaborate with system developers to design/optimise solutions that increase efficiencies and enable greater scale and speed
  • Identify trends, make improvement recommendations and drive projects
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis
  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Implementing broad ecommerce strategies to assist our business development goals
  • Researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the ecommerce space
  • Support commercial reporting and transaction analysis, providing data driven insights to cross functional stakeholders

What is needed to succeed in this Role?

  • Relevant University degree (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics) or professional qualifications, with a minimum of 35 years of relevant experience (ecommerce, data analysis etc.)
  • Previous experience with online shopping, preferably Google or BING Shopping
  • Strong knowledge of online concepts and technical insight and interest
  • Close collaboration with software developers, system/business analysts and management team
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral
