Property Coordinator

DUTIES

  • Support the Property Manager with the administrative functions associated with the position.
  • Coordinate maintenancerepairs with Facility Management team.
  • Develop and monitor rent collection processes on a timely basis.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for the management.
  • Prepare lease summaries for new tenants.
  • Preparing and update Property Management agreements and reports on a periodic basis.
  • Process claims assignments and referrals.
  • Set and Confirms maintenance appointments with the tenants.
  • Participate in the preparation of monthend reporting.
  • Manage the tenant move in and move out processes.
  • Draft notification, announcement, and letters for the communication with authorities, tenants, and suppliers.
  • Perform customer service calls regularly and assist with different forms of tenant surveying.
  • Performs other duties as required, which may include supporting other Asayel divisions, as necessary.
  • Ability to handle after hours emergency calls from time to time.
  • Liaising with clients and understanding their specific requirements.
  • Liaise with finance department to process security deposit refunds for tenants.
  • Liaise with finance department for payments of utility bills that may be due.
  • Analysing and interpreting service providers' reports
  • Supervise service providers such as Property Management, Real Estate and Legal consultant performance and activities.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree with at least 5 years Real Estate Experience.
  • Not less than 3 years of local experience in real estate mainly property management.
  • Fair understanding of Authorities System for contract attestation
  • Excellent English/Arabic (writing and speaking) is a must.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
Excel)

  • Ability to learn and work on any new systems to perform daily activities according to the management recommendation and instruction.

Salary:
