Description

As a Product Manager, you will be a key player in driving the success of our products from concept to market.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the product development process, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions.

This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities / Key Skills:

Define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories and features) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through: business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements information.
Own the product vision and product backlog. Manage requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
Coordinate with other product managers and business architects to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience.
Stay current on competitive trends / threads and identify opportunities to beat market expectations.
Communicate effectively, manage conflict among team members, and remove impediments.
Assists with strategic planning, business capability, value stream, and business process representations needed to model current and target state views of the business.

Requirements:

5+ years of work experience in product management role
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:
AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
