Description
We are urgently looking for an Accountant with Real Estate background who can join immediately.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily bookkeeping activities;
  • Reconciliation of ledgers, banks, cash and credit cards;
  • Able to assist senior in monthly closing and audit process;
  • Able to assist in daytoday tasks;
  • Able to perform expenses analysis and other reports as and when required;
  • Able to assist in stock valuation process and petty cash audit;
  • Maintain intercompany ledgers and ensuring accuracy and reconciliations on monthly basis;
  • Performing other tasks as and when assigned.
  • Knowledge in offplan transaction with Developers;
  • Issuing invoices and receipts;
  • Knowledge on VAT;
  • Preparation of monthly payroll for the employees

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years experience;
  • Major in accounting or other professional certification;
  • Flexible, adaptable and good in communication (internal and external)
  • Punctual
  • Can work fast with accuracy
  • Able to join immediately

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
