- Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Responsible to handle end--to-end sales in B2B.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, cold meetings, demo presentation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Handle Inbound and outbound sales.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports in our CRM system.
- Bachelor's Degree and proven 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales – preferably from the Interior Design / IT or any service industry.
- Excellent communication in English- written and verbal.
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
- Able to generate his/her own leads.
- Confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well Spoken and dynamic personality.
- Go-getter attitude.
