- Develop and maintain the costdistribution mechanism and recharge structure for allstakeholders.
- Deliver project reviewrecommendations and business case solutions for ExecutiveLeadership team endorsement.
- Develop a roadmapand the action plan for the implementation of the strategy,including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, andresources.
- Provide regular progress reports andupdates to the project manager.
- Lead the changemanagement process and the stakeholder engagement for thesuccessful execution of the project.
- A minimumof 10 years of experience in business development andorganizational review / alignment of resources preferably in fireand rescue services and / or the oil and gasindustry.
- A strong analytical, problem-solving,and decision-making skills.
- Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonalskills.
- A high level of proficiency in English,both written and spoken.
