    Position Title: Business Development Manager/Specialist
    Location: Dubai, UAE
    Salary: AED 5,000 - 7,000 per month + Attractive incentives
    Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the UAE market

    Special Mention:
    This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive growth and establish key relationships within the UAE market. The Business Development Manager/Specialist will be pivotal in expanding our footprint and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the UAE market.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions for clients.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to clients.
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the UAE.
    • Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in management consulting or related services.
    • Established network of contacts in key industries within the UAE.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic business plans.
