    Job Description

    To develop, drawings for spare parts, to keep inventory of spares, to keeps rolling records, create purchase requests and all associated jobs related to the planning of Roll shop employees leave and other records.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    . To create drawings for spare parts.

    . To maintain inventory of all Roll shop spares and create purchase requests.

    . To make set up sheets as per rolling programme.

    . To keep all rolling tonnage records of rolls and rings.

    . To make CNC machine programmes

    . To create item codes for new items and create monthly consumption record.

    . To strictly adhere to approved company QEHS policies.

    Profile Description

    . 5 Years' experience as a planner in any production department out of which minimum two years' experience should be in a similar rolls shop.

    . Maintain records related to entire roll shop performance.
    . Develops performance comparison reports between various roll and carbide ring suppliers.
    . Ensure proper tracking of spares availability as per agreed departmental standards
    . Ensure proper record related to roll and ring performance as per agreed departmental standards
    . Records all completed jobs.
