    What will you do:

    As the Operations Manager in CAFU, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient operations for our Battery, Tyre and Oil business. This dynamic position demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

    You will require to lead and inspire a cross-functional operations team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. You need to have a deep understanding of the Battery, Tyre & oil change operations, including all direct and indirect factors affecting performance. You will conduct research and analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of operations, finding opportunities for enhancement, then develop and execute improvement projects to move the needle.

    Responsibilities

    • Building and owning end to end operational strategy of your vertical
    • Develop and own operational metrics and ensure that they are in line with the business goals
    • Work with multiple teams to increase utilization of assets and grow performance
    • Identifying areas for improvement in processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Report on a daily, weekly, monthly and periodic basis on the operations metrics of the vertical
    • Prepare reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices.
    • Constantly analyze operational trends and making adjustments to keep business in tact
    • Develop, implement, and maintain operational Policies/Standards/Procedures

    Requirements

    • In-depth understanding of digital products, network effect and flywheel economy
    • Prior experience of Auto (Tyre, Battery, Oil) sector will be a huge plus
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the automotive aftermarket
    • Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes
    • Familiarity with technology solutions in the automotive industry
    • Able to multitask, priorities multiple projects and manage your time effectively
    • Bachelor's degree in operations/business management
    • Six sigma is a plus
    • 5+ years' experience in an operations management
