- Must possess outstanding Guestservices skills, professional presentation and sophisticatedcommunication skills.
- Proficient in Englishlanguage (verbal & written), second language is anasset.
- Must be able to handle a multitude oftasks in an intense, ever changing environment while remaining calmand collective.
- Must be flexible in terms ofworking hours.
- Able to type 25 words perminute.
- 2 years minimum experience in customerservice.
- A hospitality diploma is anasset.
- Computer literacy in Windows, MS OfficeSuite, and Opera PMS systems isrecommended.
- Must have the ability to handlecash effectively andaccurately.
