• Lead and supervisethe day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy,timeliness, and compliance with accounting principles andregulations.
• Prepare and review financialstatements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cashflow statements.
• Monitor and analyze financialdata, providing insights and recommendations to support effectivedecision-making by senior management.
• Managethe month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all requiredfinancial reports and reconciliations are completed accurately andon time.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure proper accounting treatment for complextransactions, such as revenue recognition, leases, and intercompanytransactions.
• Develop and maintain stronginternal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliancewith policies and procedures.
• Coordinate andsupport internal and external audits, acting as a primary contactfor auditors and ensuring timely completion of auditrequirements.
• Mentor and develop accountingstaff, providing guidance, training, and performancefeedback.

• Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA orequivalent certification preferred.
• Provenexperience in accounting and financial management, preferably in amultinational company or consultancyfirm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles(IFRS or local GAAP), financial reporting, and internalcontrols.
• Proficiency in financial systems andsoftware, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERPsystems.
• Excellent analytical skills with theability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategicinsights.
• Strong leadership and team managementskills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performingteam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withstakeholders at alllevels.
