    • Educate and empoweremployees across our region regarding Visas purpose CEMEAs strategyand their role within this.
    • Help to shape andlead delivery of a wide range of employee communication programsactivities and campaigns (on topics including our culture ways ofworking and diversity & inclusionstrategy).
    • Work with colleagues across theregion to elicit information insights and stories to inform contentdevelopment for these activities.
    • Use effectiveinternal communication to inspire and support employee advocacyboth internally and externally.

    JobRequirements:

    • 68 years of experiencein employee communications (agency and/orinhouse).
    • Highly proficient written and verbalcommunications skills with excellent copy writing copy editing andproofreading skills.
    • Blend strategic thoughtand tactical delivery creating and delivering communication plansand activities that achieve clear and measurableoutcomes.
    • Have highly proficient written andverbal communications skills with excellent copy writing copyediting and proofreadingskills.
