ABA therapists provide ABA intervention to Milestones Center's clients at the clinic, home and/or school settings as required by the center.


Eligibility Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years exprieience in ABA Therapy
  • Active RBT/IBT/ABAT certification
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) Preferred

Main responsibilities include:

  • Implementing ABA programs as directed by BCBA/BCaBA/Case Managers and assist the Behavior Analyst (BCBAs/BCaBAs) Case Mangers in completing assessment, developing and implementing ABA Therapy intervention program.
  • To provide 1:1 and groupbased intervention to individuals in a safe, clean and reinforcing environment.
  • Collect, record and maintain data on client's behavior, analyze the data and report to case managers as directed, ABA principles through data based decision making.
  • Liaise with other professionals such as speech therapists, occupational therapists and other health care and social care professionals to facilitate and ensure progress of a child and to oversee the progress of a child.
  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for child and family.
  • Effectively communicate to patients within the scope of a Registered Behavior Technician.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • ABA Therapy: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • RBT/IBT/ABAT (required)
