- You will be responsible for theday to day operations of the bar to ensure our guests receivenothing but the best experience.
- Cocktails areyour passion, you will assist with creating and maintaining thebeverage menus our hotel will offer, exceeding our guestsexpectations every time.
- You will also be incharge of training and mentoring the entire restaurant team with afocus on cocktails, ensuring their knowledge is second to none andthey are able to assist our guests in the best possibleway.

- By taking part in a daily teambriefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the dailyhappenings around the hotel as well as the upcomingservice.
