Description
Engineer robust products throughstrong understanding and application of engineering fundamentalsand DFSS principles.Develop technical plansand guide the team to develop design inputs, conduct analytical andempirical feasibility studies, refine product configurations anddesigns, verify and validate subsystems and systems, concurrentlytransfer designs alongside Manufacturing and Operations, andprovide design documentation to support global Regulatory filingstrategies
Execute design verification testingto confirm design outputs meet design inputrequirements.
RequiredQualifications
BS MechanicalEngineering, Materials Engineering or BiomedicalEngineering
Work experience 5 years or 3 yearsplus an advanced degree
Critical thinking ableto work with moderate guidance in own area ofknowledge.
Solid Works or equivalent CADtool
Ability to manage multiple projects ofvarying scopes in parallel
Ability to workleading or as part of a cross-functional team with members frommarketing, sales, clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, quality,manufacturing, etc.
