Qualifications:

Educational Foundation:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven Expertise:
Demonstrable experience as an Amazon Connect Architect or in a similar architectural role

Amazon Connect Mastery:
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect features, configurations, and architecture

Integration Wizardry:
Extensive experience in seamlessly integrating Amazon Connect with CRM systems, databases, and other applications

AWS Savvy:
Strong understanding of AWS services and infrastructure

Problem-Solving Pro:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills specific to Amazon Connect

AWS Certifications:
AWS certification(s) related to Amazon Connect (preferred)

Communication Powerhouse:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
