Sales Executive for IT Security Company - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - ITD Computer Equipment Trading
Description
Contacting new / potential customers and developing relationship.- Meet customers, introduce our company and its services, send out introductory letters and make routine follow up to generate enquiries
- Prepare proposals and quotations and assist in the preparation and submission of tender.
- Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders.
- Process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completions.
- Routinely meeting customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism and efficiency
- Reporting about sales actions, achievements, status and forecasts of projects, any matters enhancing and affecting the sales targets and strategy.
- Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Sales Manager / Divisional Head.
- Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels
- Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance
Must Have Skills:
- Must have expertise in designing medium size to largescale integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Intercom, Digital Signage, Passive and Active Networking Systems.
- Must have experience in proposal document and estimation sheet preparation.
- Must have knowledge in SIRA, MCC and other industry regulations for designing a security solution as per standards.
- Experience in reviewing CAD drawing and provide inputs to CAD department.
- Send technical requirements to manufacturers/ Distributors/subcontractors and request a competitive quotation. Negotiate for best prices and lead delivery terms.
- Experience in below products is of high advantage: Milestone, Axis, Maxxess, Lenel, Gentec, Samsung, Pelco, Seetec, SSK, HID,Kerisys, Suprema, Commend, Comelit, Fermax, Commscope, Belden, Excel, HP, CISCO, Allied Telesis, Rasilient, CAME, Boon Edam, Magnetic, Crestron, Bosch, etc (andor) Equivalent products.
