Description

Welcome guests to the hotel in a warm and friendly manner, using the Russian language as needed to communicate effectively.


  • Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures, ensuring accuracy in reservation details, room assignments, and billing information.
  • Manage hotel reservations and room assignments, updating availability and rates in the property management system (PMS) as needed.
  • Process guest payments, including cash transactions, credit card payments, and room charges, adhering to established cash handling procedures and financial policies.
  • Address guest complaints, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Front Office Manager or relevant department heads as necessary.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, resolve room maintenance issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the lobby, reception desk, and guest waiting areas.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports related to guest arrivals, departures, and occupancy rates.
  • Stay informed about hotel promotions, packages, and loyalty programs, promoting upselling opportunities and encouraging guest participation.
  • Handle emergency situations and security incidents according to hotel protocols, including contacting appropriate authorities and following crisis management procedures.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and guest confidentiality at all times, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
