As a Sales Representative at Karen Wazen Eyewear, you will play a vital role in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

Your passion for sunglasses will help our clients find their perfect pair, ensuring they not only look good but also protect their eyes from harmful UV rays.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their preferences and needs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop indepth knowledge about our sunglasses brand, styles, and features. Provide advice on lens, frame materials, and UV protection.

Sales Excellence:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and crossselling. Guide customers through the purchase process, including fitting and adjustments.

Store Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Ensure all sunglasses are properly displayed, priced, and stocked.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in receiving and managing inventory. Report any discrepancies and suggest restocking as needed.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.

Qualifications:


  • Language: English / Russian / Arabic / Chinese/Mandarin Speakers
  • At least two years of previous retail or sales experience preferred (in the same field is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Customercentric attitude and a proactive approach to sales.
