Requirements

• 15+ years of experience withleadership roles in payment operations, ideally within financialservices, fintech, or e-commerce, with a particular emphasis ondifferent markets i.e Africa, LATAM
• Universitydegree in finance, business, commerce, computer science, or arelated field
• Experience in dealing withpayment providers, financial services, digital wallets, digitalloyalty programmes, and retail bankinginstitutions
• Strong strategic understanding ofgrowing businesses and ability to navigate complex challenges inthe payments domain successfully
• Ability tolead and inspire high-performing teams and foster a culture ofinnovation, excellence, and collaboration
• Amobile-first mindset and an instinct to explore and implementcutting-edge payment solutions that cater to the preferences ofAfrican customers
• Ability to deliver results inhigh-pressure situations
• Excellent spoken andwritten English communicationskills
